Through speed, intensity, and resistance, this stationary bike workout is sure to deliver! Whatever rout you’re on, this ride is sure to take you to your fitness destination.
(Can be modified to any fitness level) A high-intensity workout like no other. Challenge yourself to build strength primarily using your body weight as well as medicine balls, Rip6O straps, sledge bells, and jump ropes. A new approach to old school training!
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand—held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver and Fit ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper—body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver and Fit ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Strengthen and tone your muscles using a variety of exercises. This class incorporates a combination of exercises to keep your muscles burning those calories! This is a great total body workout for all your major muscle groups.

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Youth Sports (fall & spring soccer, basketball, football, flag football, girls volleyball and swimming lessons), Aerobic Classes, Taekwondo, Pilates, Zumba, and Group Cycling.
Our YMCA also offers personal fitness trainers for an additional fee.
