Climb, run, jump, crunch, pump battle ropes and row your way to total body fitness. Improve your cardio endurance and core balance. Classes held in the gym starting Wednesday March 6th.

Cycling (Any level, resistance may be modified for beginners)

Through speed, intensity, and resistance, this stationary bike workout is sure to deliver! Whatever rout you’re on, this ride is sure to take you to your fitness destination.

Hard Core

Hard Core enhances variety and effectiveness while challenging our core like never before. It’s a non-stop core workout!

Kettlebells (Light to moderately heavy kettle bells)

A high intensity power work out. Nonstop sets of kettle bell strength building lifts, swings, punches and more all powered using hip hinges, squats, and all sorts of explosive movements that will send your heart rate through the roof and strengthen your entire body.

Functional Fitness

Challenge yourself daily with different movements at the highest intensity. Experience core strength and conditioning that incorporates technical weightlifting along with functional cardio movements. Get in a 5 min to 30 min workout that will challenge you both physically and mentally.

Move Strong

(Can be modified to any fitness level) A high-intensity workout like no other. Challenge yourself to build strength primarily using your body weight as well as medicine balls, Rip6O straps, sledge bells, and jump ropes. A new approach to old school training!

SilverSneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand—held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers bail are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper—body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Strength Training (Beginner to Advanced, light or heavy weights may be used)

Strengthen and tone your muscles using a variety of exercises. This class incorporates a combination of exercises to keep your muscles burning those calories! This is a great total body workout for all your major muscle groups.

Tone and Burn

Total body strengthening and muscle toning using weighted exercise bars. Low to moderate weight, high repetitions.


No pain .... big gain! Come try our new yoga class to increase flexibility, decrease stress, and learn proper breathing techniques. Include yoga in your weekly workouts and reap all the benefits this class has to offer!


When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
